The M202 FLASH (FLame Assault SHoulder Weapon) is a rocket launcher designed in the 1970's to replace World War II vintage flamethrowers. It is based on the XM191 napalm rocket launcher that saw extensive testing in the Vietnam War.

In the game the Missile Launcher is a rare weapon and is considered endgame content; its unlocked fairly late into the storyline and is rarely used by enemies. The gun costs $5,000 from an arms dealer and, like all other explosive launchers, it has no mods. Tony can carry up to 4 rockets for this weapon, meaning he never has to reload it, unless if Montana Defense is purchased, in this case, Tony will carry 200 rockets. It is the best anti-vehicle weapon in the game, and can also clear out large groups of enemies.
