The Dock Boss was in-charge of Tony's docks or otherwise known as the Boss of Tony's docks. He helps Tony countless of times and Tony helps The Dock Boss countless of times. One time, some Colombians come to takeover the docks and the Dock Boss, scared out of his mind, stays and helps Tony defend the docks until the Dock Boss's men come wipe out the rest of the Colombians out. In return, Tony kills an imformer for the police spreading word of The Dock Boss's criminal activities. After killing the imformer, The Dock Boss tells Tony about Nacho Contreras and after Tony leaves, The Dock Boss continues to work for Tony. He is also a Bloodsport fighter.
