The Barfly Hotel is a hotel in Black Sands.

This hotel, like every other front in The Islands, is unavailable for Tony to buy, however, Tony can do two missions on the hotel. The hotel was previously ruled by an unknown Jamaican gang until Tony wipes them out, after killing the gangsters, the manager will ask Tony a favor in order not to ruin the hotel's reputation.
